Felicia Hatcher’s sweet dreams turned into reality when she and husband Derrick were pink-slipped from their marketing jobs at Nintendo in 2008. Rather than wallow in misfortune, the couple bought two tricycle carts on Craigslist and started an ice cream truck company, bringing unusual flavors to appreciative Miami fans. In three years, the boutique ice cream catering company has created a buzz with clients from Live Nation and Tom Cruise to Playboy and Bacardi. Hatcher also teaches teens how to become entrepreneurs.
