Here is a quick and easy recipe to help you broaden your Chicken experience.
Items you’ll need:
4-6 Chicken Breast or thighs or wings
4-8 Limes or equivalent Lime Juice
-Lightly season both sides to taste with
Salt, Pepper, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Powder.
-Lightly sprinkle freshly cut Cilantro over both sides, then drench with fresh lime juice. Save enough lime juice to again drench once chicken is fully cooked.
Cook Chicken on grill or oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Once chicken is fully cooked, drench with fresh lime juice again and let rest for 5-10 minutes. ENJOY!
