(But white potato will be just as nice)

*Potato x 400g (3 small or 2 big) = 300 kcal
*Milk semi skimmed (full fat, or skimmed will do
job as well) x 80ml (2.8oz) = 50kcal
*Butter (you can use salted or not) x 2 table
spoons = 210kcal
*Salt to taste (about 2g or half of tea spoon)
