Stelios Parliaros is a star in Greece.
A chef that is often seen as the greek “Pierre Hermé”, that has a famous TV show, and some very hype pastry shops in Athens.
He was asked by EBGA (Unilever) to create two new ice cream recipes for the summer 2013 named Scandal on a cherry and Gianduja base.
We were commissioned to do this spot because of our skills to shoot “real ice cream that melts…”, we had to say no more!
