Publix Super Markets – Aprons Simple Meals.

This series of videos is being commissioned by Publix Super Markets. My team and I approach each recipe as we would a short story, showcasing ingredients and cooking techniques with simple vignettes that speak to food as approachable and user-friendly, and cooking as uncomplicated pleasure.

Bringing cooking techniques to life through video has become a passion for me and is opening up a world of creative expression. My root experience is in food photography. As I transition into directing and producing more video projects, I am repeatedly reminded how much I love exploring the intrinsic beauty of food and the process of cooking.
