How to make breaded chicken:
1. Crush ¼ lb. pretzel sticks in a zip tight bag then spread them out on a cookie sheet.
2. Create the mustard sauce in a bowl by combining:
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. apple cider or brown ale
1 Tbsp. honey
1 ½ tsp. freshly chopped thyme
3. Dip 4 chicken breasts in the mustard sauce, then roll in the crushed pretzels.
4. Bake directly on the Traeger grill grate at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until the internal meat temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
5. Serve with your favorite fall ale.
