This delicious pork, sage stuffing keeps the turkey at Christmas or Thanksgiving super moist and juicy. I added a bit of orange zest to add some tang. It’s really easy to make and Christmas wouldn’t be the same without stuffing!

Pork, Sage and Onion Stuffing
Ingredients: serves 4
500g 2 ½ cups -sausage meat
140g / 2 ½ cups bread crumbs (3 slices of bread)
Zest of 1 orange
½ the juice of 1 orange
Big handful of fresh sage or 2 tsp of dried sage
1 white onion
1 large egg
Preheat oven to Gas 5 or 190c
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into balls or use as to put inside the turkey. If you’re cooking it separately to the turkey, roll into balls and cook in the oven for approximately 30 minutes on gas 5.
