A Swedish transplant to Paris, Linda Granebring has made her mark as a freelance chef in the French capital. Following a zero waste approach, Granebring aims for perfection without squandering any ingredients along the way. She finds inspiration for new recipes in stores and markets in her neighbourhood, the 10th Arrondissement of Paris, and recently released a book on food pairing. According to Linda, chefs have libraries of tastes in their mind and can pair ingredients as they go.
