Chef Floyd Cardoz is one of the most respected Chefs in the world and he spent the day with us testing out recipes using Breville’s Smart Oven product. In his restaurant, North End Grill, in NYC, we worked with Chef Cardoz to craft a delicious and easy recipe for Black Sea Bass using the Breville Smart Oven.
