This was for a university project about memories.
I interviewed my grandmother about her childhood and we started talking about baking,
this is one of the recipes she shared with me – a “426” sandwich cake she would have made with her mother when she was young.
The title comes from the way she remembers the ingredients – “I always remember that the 4, 2, and the 6”
If anyone wants to make this cake i recommend using margarine instead of butter (both are mentioned in there somewhere) And use and electric whisk if you don’t want tired arms.
