U-no-hana = Okara dish (made with “okara”, which is by-product of tofu)
The above is the typical U-no-hana recipe, but one below maybe shows and explains okara better.
昆布巻き＝Kobumaki (Seaweed roll)
I cannot find a good typical recipe for this, but the below briefly explains about “kobumaki” – above the second photo, which contains the dish (top right corner).
Someone uploaded a video of cooking – with tuna, which I never tried. Typical filling is semi-dried & sweetened herrings.
Kinpira-gobo (Burdock Kinpira)
“Kinpira” is a cooking style, which you can be used for other hard vegetables. One example below.
