One of my favorite recipes: Hazelnut crusted lamb chops and vanilla sweet potatoes served with white wine mint sauce. The essence of the potatoes brings this whole dish together and finished off with mint to add freshness. There are three phases to this recipe that can be done in the order shown. Be sure to start the sauce on the early side to ensure full reduction. The lamb cooks quickly and should be checked after five minutes in the oven. Enjoy!
